El Dharma es un estilo de yoga que combina técnicas de Hatha Yoga y muchos otros estilos, con la filosofía yóguica tradicional y la meditación. Dharma yoga incluye una serie progresiva de secuencias Vinyasa diseñadas para permitir el libre flujo de energía hacia arriba y abajo de la columna vertebral.
