90 Minutes. Your Space. Your Session.Sometimes you don't need another course, programme or plan.Sometimes you just need somewhere to put everything down for a while.A Mojo Session is 90 minutes of completely personalised 1:1 time with Jane, shaped around what you need that day.You might need space to talk and untangle what's going on. You might need to stop, breathe and regulate. Something may feel ready to shift. You might want to understand a pattern that keeps appearing, explore some deeper shadow work, reconnect with your intuition — or have absolutely no idea what you need beyond knowing that something needs to change. That's okay. You don't need to know which technique or modality you need. That's my job.Drawing on over 25 years of experience across holistic wellbeing, mental health, coaching and personal development, Jane brings together practical and intuitive approaches including nervous-system practices, Reiki and energy work, NLP, somatic practices, creative exploration, guided journeying, reflection, shadow work and ancient wisdom.Your session might lean towards:TALK — I need to get it out of my head.REST — I need to stop and exhale.SHIFT — Something feels ready to move.UNDERSTAND — I need to know what's underneath this.RECONNECT — I need to hear myself again.Or we blend things together. There's no formula and no pressure to arrive with your whole life figured out.Bring what's happening for you. Together, we'll create the session around it.✨ 90 minutes | £147❤️ Private 1:1 with Jane Bellis???? Holistic, personalised and shaped around youI bring the toolkit. You bring yourself.
