The massage therapist may also incorporate stretching, joint rotations, and gentle kneading movements to release muscle tension and promote relaxation. The benefits of Lomi Lomi massage include relaxation and stress reduction, improved circulation, increased flexibility and range of motion, the release of muscle tension and "knots," as well as emotional and spiritual cleansing.During the massage, clients usually wear minimal clothing or are draped with a sarong or towel to allow for fluid movements and easy access to the body.

Thai foot massage is a treatment from Thailand that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet to stimulate various organs and systems in the body. It combines elements of traditional Thai massage, reflexology, and acupressure techniques. The massage usually starts with a warm foot soak to relax the feet, followed by stretching, kneading, and pressure applied to the different foot and lower leg areas. This approach aims to improve circulation, reduce tension, promote relaxation, and restore balance to the body's energy pathways. Thai foot massage is known for its rejuvenating and stress-relieving effects.
