1-hour class focused on increasing cardio capacity, strength and total body awareness through functional movements.  To ensure that you progress safely and at your own pace every session includes 1:1 technique coaching led by John, our CrossFit certified trainer and British Weightlifting coach.

1-hour class dedicated for 13-17 year olds.  This class helps teens to build starting strength, develop their movement patterns and flexibility and follows an adapted version of the main CrossFit class. To ensure every participant progresses safely each session is led by John, our CrossFit certified trainer and British Weightlifting coach.

1-hour class focused on increasing cardio capacity, strength and total body awareness through functional movements.  To ensure that you progress safely and at your own pace every session includes 1:1 technique coaching led by John, our CrossFit certified trainer and British Weightlifting coach.

3- hour advanced play for pickleball players who have earned a ranking of 4.0 or above. Booking is limited to 16 players. 1-2 courts will be reserved for players 4.5 and above. Please respect rating guidelines for this period of play. 

Play pickleball on 1 of 4 courts at Grounded Body. Included in court reservation is access to showers available onsite. Towels not included. Racquet rentals are limited. Please wear non-marking indoor court shoes.

A 90-minute combined workout and follow-up to determine a cyclist's Critical Power and Anaerobic Capacity, followed by simple programming for improved performance. 

Regular cage that includes Tanner Tee and L-screen.

Once a Member of either the standard gym membership or the gym membership with online coaching you can train at our studio & use our equipment.
