The Gracie Barra Kids Program was created to provide children ages 3-15 with an environment that allows them to experience and understand core values like focus, discipline, persistence, cooperation and respect.As a contact sport, Gracie Barra Jiu-Jitsu provides a very challenging yet safe and caring environment for a child to mature towards a real life champion. The outcome of continued childhood practice of GB Jiu-Jitsu goes far beyond the accomplishments on the mats. The discipline and excellence demanded by our instructors often carries over to the child’s behavior at home and at school.Our Our Gracie Barra Kids Program is typically subdivided in three different groups to accommodate students of different ages and skill levels:Tiny Champions (3-4 years old),Little Champions (5-9 Years Old),Juniors & Teens (10-15 years old).

1-hour class focused on increasing cardio capacity, strength and total body awareness through functional movements.  To ensure that you progress safely and at your own pace every session includes 1:1 technique coaching led by John, our CrossFit certified trainer and British Weightlifting coach.

1-hour class dedicated for 13-17 year olds.  This class helps teens to build starting strength, develop their movement patterns and flexibility and follows an adapted version of the main CrossFit class. To ensure every participant progresses safely each session is led by John, our CrossFit certified trainer and British Weightlifting coach.

Tennis Court in Carlton, Oregon

3- hour advanced play for pickleball players who have earned a ranking of 4.0 or above. Booking is limited to 16 players. 1-2 courts will be reserved for players 4.5 and above. Please respect rating guidelines for this period of play. 

Play pickleball on 1 of 4 courts at Grounded Body. Included in court reservation is access to showers available onsite. Towels not included. Racquet rentals are limited. Please wear non-marking indoor court shoes.

Batting Lesson with Coach Becky

Open time slots to come in through the day individually or small groups to field/hit. These will be different times and days every week according to Coach Mike's schedule so check frequently! Price is $20/hr

A 90-minute combined workout and follow-up to determine a cyclist's Critical Power and Anaerobic Capacity, followed by simple programming for improved performance. 

Regular cage that includes Tanner Tee and L-screen.
