This service is provided to all first time patients free of charge.  This allows each patient to come in, discuss treatment goals, and ensure their treatment provider is a good fit for their needs.

Every session is tailored to fit each patient's clinical needs. Within the first 3-4 sessions, we will create a specific treatment plan, to ensure we are effectively identifying, addressing and assessing your clinical goals. Together you will work with your therapist to decide on which treatment modality is the best fit for your needs.

Collaboration amongst treatment providers can be a critical part of a patient's treatment.  This option allows your provider to schedule a time to discuss your treatment in-depth with your therapist.

Initial ADHD assessment session (1/3) for Adolescents 12-17y that forms part of the ADHD assessment package. This session will involve clinical interviews with the parent(s)/caregiver. The adolescent should be at the appointment for at least the first portion of the assessment. 

Initial ADHD assessment session (1/3) for Children 7-11y that forms part of the ADHD assessment package. This session will involve clinical interviews with the parent(s)/caregiver. The child should be at the appointment for the first portion of the assessment. 

Part 1/2 of a comprehensive mental health assessment for children and adolescents (7-17y). If applicable, the child/adolescent are encouraged to attend and engage with the assessment.
