All new clients to Next Steps Family Centre are required to first book this session. This session allows you to share your initial concerns or queries and allows the psychologist to gather necessary information to help support you in the best way. *Notice of Appointment Deposit Requirement*To confirm and secure your appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit ensures your booking and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Please note that appointments are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.For payment information please do not hesitate to call.Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention.

Occupational Health Assessment
If a member of your team has an injury or illness which limits their ability to do their job, how will you and your organisation respond? It might be long-term sickness. It might be a recent injury. Or it might be a health concern that’s starting to get worse. Whatever it is, when ill health limits someone’s ability to work, the harm it causes can ripple out in ways you may or may not expect. For the employee and their family, it can cause upset and frustration. For the workplace, it can impact morale and other members of the team. And for the organisation, it can have financial and reputational costs. But timely, expert support from an Occupational Health doctor can reverse a bad situation. Or better still, it can stop any harm from occurring in the first place. In an Occupational Health Assessment, we will spend time with the employee to properly understand the relationship between their health and their work. We will then write a report with practical steps and recommendations for both parties to improve or resolve the challenge.
