This session is great for swimmers looking to improve technique or skills (e.g. turns or starts) to either be more efficient in the water to make your swimming a little easier, increase your speed for faster times or to prevent injuries that may occur due to poor technique. Multiple sessions are great for keeping on top of the swimmer with these changes or give time to work on a number of issues without overloading the swimmer in one session.

Tailored sessions build water confidence, safety, and efficient stroke technique, with options for open-water preparation—ideal for beginners through competitive athletes.
