This treatment includes both community-style acupuncture treatment and a 20-25 minute cupping session. The primary objective of cupping therapy is to move qi and blood and remove stagnation of any kind from the body. Please allocated approximately 1 hour for this appointment.

This combination includes an acupuncture treatment and a 15-20 minute gua sha treatment afterwards. Gua sha is the practice of using a specialized tool to apply pressure and scrape the skin to relieve pain and tension. It has similar effects as cupping therapy but works best for smaller areas of the body such as the face, upper neck, and sacrum, where cupping is too difficult. Please allocate approximately 1 hour for this treatment.

This combination includes an acupuncture treatment and a 10-15 minute tui na massage. Tui na is the ancient Chinese style of massage focusing on the meridians and acupressure points on the body. Please allocate approximately 1 hour for this appointment.
