Appraisals done for estate distribution and probate purposes differ from those done for insurance purposes. Here we determine what an item would likely sell for, (called a Market, Fair Market or liquidation value ). After a physical inspection of your items is completed by the appraiser, additional research time is sometimes required. You are not required to leave your items behind while the research and report are being completed. The time required for your jewelry examination varies depending on the number and complexity of items in the estate.
On average a 2 hour slot will be sufficient. Please call or email the office for an estimate of time required, fees, etc.
Starting from $259/hr.
**if you have 2 items or less, please choose the '60-minute two-item appraisal' appointment type instead. As 1 hour will be sufficient.

Depending on the complexity and number of the items, this appointment could take more than two hours.
