3 Month Creative Cyclical Coaching
This deep dive into your cycle offers one-on-one support and guidance while you discover your goals in connecting with all parts of yourself. You will learn to track your cycle to become aware of your four distinct phases and learn to notice how you show up in each. We will observe any patterns that might be useful and we will immerse ourselves in all the ways in which you nourish your dynamic being. Cyclical Awareness is a door to aligning with your natural rhythm and I am honored to take this journey with you as we explore food, movement, energy and mind space throughout this container. We will work together for 3 months at a time and then take an agreed upon break to integrate our learning, before deciding to embark on the next 3 month container.
