About the company
I am a Registered Psychotherapist who focuses my work on helping others to live a life that is meaningful to them. I believe in the connection of mind, body, and spirit. We need to nurture each of these parts of ourselves to live our optimal lives. I help those with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and those who struggle with self-esteem, body-image, trauma, relationship difficulties, poor life satisfaction, and communication. I use a "tool box" approach, drawing on different theories, models, and practices to customize each client's experiences to meet their needs.Our team
