Help Learning the Software
Karen was very helpful and definitely lowered my stress level. She gave me tips on how to beat learn the software and showed me different options I had no clue about.

Instructor Review
I am older than dirt, a remedial computer user and my brain fogs up due to two strokes. Karen had her hands full. She was very patient. She let me jump around and then roped me back in! I was not rushed and appreciated her extra efforts. You guys ROCK!!!

MQP One on One Tutorial
Awesome is the only way to describe this 30 minute session. Was fairly well acquainted with software but Karen gave me so many tips to enhance my experience. Can't wait to put them to use.
