About the company

Welcome to The Clubhouse at Oakwood-Lincoln Park! This calendar is used to schedule rentals at the charming stone hall, located at 916 Shamrock Ave, Knoxville, TN 37917. This historic building, completed in 1939 is on the National Registry of Historic Buildings. Your rental with The Clubhouse includes:the Main Hall for entertaining,Tables and folding chairs5 ft round tables (5 in total)6 ft rectangular tables (12+ in total)55 folding chairsa full Kitchen with a small dining/prep area,a seating area great for gift opening, with an 82 in. bulletin board for your usetwo entrances, one leading down into the Main Hall with stone stepsWi-Fia covered porch,a Coat Room, two ADA-compliant bathrooms one with a changing stationan Equipment Storage closet complete with, a community decoration station to help you with that one thing you forgot,some extra decor for your useand cleaning supplies Separately, an office is available upon advanced request (at least 14 days) with a rolling whiteboard, TV & DVD player, meeting table, and extra seating areas. This space is used by the Clubhouse Coordinator and community members, so day-of requests for use cannot be honored at this time.

Family Brunch

Couple issue: Microwave was out of order. And that information was not provide. An inconvienece when it came to warming food. Front element wasnt work. Beside that facilty nice. Good area.

Great Rental!!!

I have rented the clubhouse several times. The club house is very clean. The booking process is easy. It is conveniently located and reasonable priced. I would Recommend it!!!

Very nice

Very nice atmosphere. The place was very nice and clean. The communication is good I would definitely recommend and book again. Thanks for giving me a chance. I appreciate it and everyone had a good time.

Excellent Rental

This was my 3rd or 4th time renting over the years. Booking is a breeze. They are very responsive to emails. The place is clean and well kept. This year we are doing Thanksgiving and Christmas here. Definitely will continue to rent out as our family has outgrown most standard housing.
