Welcome to Cylinefx, located in the Los Angeles area about two minutes from Southwest College. The Cyline Effect is run by a 17-year-old boss that believes hair expresses creativity and confidence. Servicing Women, Men, and Kids, after experiencing TCE not only will you feel confident-- but you will look it too.
