Rosilda is an ICF and AC accredited coach, a CIPD qualified trainer and a passionate mental health advocate. She’s doing her bit to normalise the mental health chat by sharing her personal experiences and what she's learnt over the years, working towards her mission to help people achieve a deep sense of wellbeing and contentment in their lives.

Rosilda is passionate about creating inclusive communities as she believes this supports diversity and belonging and positively impacts mental health. She creates powerful thinking spaces, allowing people to think deeply and clearly about their aspirations, dreams and goals. Her approach is encouraging, supportive and nurturing, and will leave people feeling motivated, inspired and ready to take action. As a science-lover, she brings evidence-backed strategies and proven techniques to promote good mental health and improve wellbeing.
