Silver Screen Room

Silver Screen Room
The Silver Screen is located on the hallway between the Clark Lobby and Mailboxes on the first floor. Please note the following rules and expectations for reserving and use of the space:
Reservations:
May be made only by current residents at the St. George Towers May be for 1-3 hours per resident, per day (max of 3 times slots) Reservations are required for Audio/Visual (A/V) access Are not required for use of the space after hours, note however there will be no A/V during those timesSilver Screen:
Ask EHS Staff on Duty for A/V access during your reservation Remote(s), if provided, are the responsibility of the person who reserved the space and must be returned to Student Life staff by the end of the reservation Chairs (and tables, if applicable) must be returned to original set up upon leaving the space. Do not leave personal items unattended. Pick up any garbage The door may not be covered or obscured under any circumstances The projector or A/V cabinet may not be touched, opened, moved, etc.A/V Capabilities:
Netflix – EHS has a Netflix account set up to play through a Roku in the Silver Screen. Please do not log in to any personal accounts. AirPlay – The Silver Screen is equipped with an AppleTV for AirPlay purposes, only (no app use on the AppleTV). You may use your own Apple device to connect via AirPlay to cast content. HDMI – The Silver Screen is equipped with an HDMI port on the wall where you may connect your PC, gaming console, etc. using your own HDMI cable to the port on the wall. Cable TV – A channel listing is posted in the Silver Screen. No other A/V services are available beyond those specifically outlined, above.All building policies linked here

Summit Room
This booking page is for the Summit Room. The Summit Room may only be reserved by Schools/Programs.
The Summit Room is a conference style space located behind the Chow Kitchen. This space is tailored for larger groups. The Summit Room is equipped with white boards and an AV System.

The Focus Room is a individual style space located in the hallway between the Mailboxes and Package Pick-Up Area (on the corner closest to the Mailboxes). Please note the following rules and expectations for reserving and use of the space:
Reservations:
May be made only by current residents at the St. George Towers May be for 1-3 hours per resident, per day (max of 3 times slots)Other:
Furniture may not be moved. Do not leave personal items unattended. Pick up any garbage. Any of the doors or windows may not be covered or obscured under any circumstances.All building policies linked here.
