First session
A great outdoor workout with a friendly and professional instructor. Flexible options and changed exercises to suit personal preferences. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a change from the gym or their usual routine. All equipment clean and well maintained with plenty of choice and weight options. I will be going again.
