Unprofessional Experience

So I was scheduled a 1:1 today 8/10/20 at 8am. I had been wanting to schedule this 1:1 for a very long time. I was really excited about this and had my questions ready. 5minutes before our scheduled appointment Randy texted me to see if he could reschedule the appointment to a later time because he had a funeral to attend. Now this kind of rubbed me the wrong way because people don’t just wake up and decide to go to funerals. Nonetheless he rescheduled “between 3-5”. Now in my head that meant 3-5 we’ll have our 1:1 but I guess he gave me a window “BETWEEN 3-5”

I had the opportunity to have a one on one with Randy. He was extremely helpful, informative and forthcoming with information regarding purchasing my first investment property.
