About the company
The health and safety of our customers and employees is our number one priority. We are implementing new safety measure to ensure peace of mind for everyone. Will have sanitizer ready for you to clean your hands before entering the main service area. Disinfecting the Mani/Pedi Station for every customer following the CDC guidelines.We are continuing our thorough sterilization process. Our tools clean 3 times and sterilized at250 degrees Fahrenheit daily using the hospital grade sterilization autoclave. Each toolkit is used only once per customer.Our team

Gel manicure is splotchy
The polish must have been old? My nails looked fine when I left but it’s only been about 3 hours and the color is splotchy and uneven. I’m heading out of town so I can’t go have it fixed. I’m very disappointed, as the manicurist did a great job, but my nails do not look good. This was a 40$ mistake, I will be calling when they’re open

Overcharged
My manicure was $45. I gave the lady who did my nails a $100 cash and she wanted to just give me back $40 change, which was crazy. When I told her I need more change back she got very upset. She would not let me leave till she had AT LEAST a $10 tip, which is more than 20%!!! I did not like this rude manner at all. Usually I come in and the same person takes care of me so I do give her a little extra because she does mani-pedi and the massage, etc. I leave her a big tip for this combination service. But to expect me to pay $60 cash for a simple manicure is crazy. I did not appreciate being treated this way. It was very surprising.

SNS Extension Nails
Honestly I was very disappointed in what I received today. my technician cut me on at least 4 of my cuticles leaving blood spots. I had asked for coffin shape and received more of a stiletto shape which I wasn’t too thrilled about and the shape itself is not done well. very uneven on some nails and some of the extensions were placed on an angle. overall very disappointed and do not think I will return.

Great staff! Clean place! Good customer service
I come here for special occasions and every time the staff is always doin their best to give customers what they want. One of the few places on the upper west side that can do acrylic or powder gel nail extensions.
