Good service but be mindful of inaccuracies in the online pricing
Twice now I have attended for pregnancy ultrasounds and been charged $100 more than the online price with staff unable to explain why. I don’t understand how the price can change from $150 to $250. When I queried what would have happened if I’d paid online, staff were unable to answer. The staff were lovely, clearly not their fault but very very frustrating and will impact my decision to return.

Disappointing experience
I attended the clinic today for a pregnancy (dating scan) ultrasound. I was not shown a screen, and had to stare at the ceiling for the whole appointment. The sonographer stayed silent, not offering any reassurance that there was a baby. In the final 10 seconds of the appointment, the sonographer turned the screen to show me, stating “it’s very small but there’s a heart beat. Your GP will receive a report and images in 2 days” Overall this was a horrible experience, and left me feeling quite distressed.

Good Bond
First time I took my daughter to get xray two weeks ago and they were really good. I Booked an appointment online on 15th may to only be told no one was available to do what needed to be done so drove back to drouin to get an appointment there.

Recently added Moe Service. Pleasant staff and a next day booking when other providers had 2 weeks wait for Ultrasound. In former Dorevitch Facility.

Terrible
I wish I had good feedback but my experience in Moe today was terrible. The receptionist was so rude, did not understand my referral and questioned the consent I provided. I waited over 30mins past my appt time and when I politely advised I would have to leave as I needed to go back to work, the lady yelled that he was busy with another client. I advised that was fine but I needed to leave and will re book but I need my referral back. This was also an inconvenience for her. It's such a shame as was really hoping for more options here in Moe, however I will not be booking again.
