About the company
The Care Nest is a safe and confidential care practice for adults (aged 18+), providing one-to-one sessions (in-person and online) grounded in the systems and practices of life coaching, mediation, mindfulness, body-mind integration, and The Circle Way.
The purpose of the Care Nest is to help nurture and strengthen each individual’s ability to become more self-sufficient and self-resourcing in maintaining their own care practices in the long-term.

The Care Nest is a safe and confidential care practice for individuals (aged 18+) to receive one-to-one sessions grounded in the systems and practices of life coaching, mediation, mindfulness, body-mind integration, and The Circle Way.
At the heart of all of these practices lies a simple set of invitations – to slow down, to notice, to name, and to investigate – all of which are activated with an attitude of kindness and compassion, leading to greater awareness and intentional care of oneself, one’s choices, and one’s agency.
The purpose of the Care Nest is to help nurture each individual’s ability to become more self-sufficient and self-resourcing in maintaining their own care practices in the long-term.
Session cost
1 hour session = £30 waged / £15 low or unwaged
Session facilitator
All one-to-one sessions are facilitated by Helen Williams, a freelance practitioner working in the fields of creativity, learning, leadership, and wellbeing. Helen’s extensive professional experience is underpinned by the following accreditations: Care Certificate / Autism Awareness / Life Coaching Diploma / Community Champions training / Mental Health First Aid / Restorative Justice Facilitator training / Mediation Training Certificate / Postgraduate Diploma in Creative Education.
Helen is also currently enrolled on a 2-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification program with The Awareness Training Institute and the Greater Good Science Centre at the University of California at Berkeley.
