Meet Chef Alicia, born on the beautiful island of Barbados located in the Caribbean Islands, native of Brooklyn in NYC. Alicia attended the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City and entered the food industry in 2014. Her specialty is Caribbean cuisine however Alicia enjoys creating dishes from all across the world. Her culinary techniques are straightforward, simple, and to the point focusing on flavor and presentation. She operates an e-commerce bakery Bewitched Brownies LLC with her daughter creating convenient brownie desserts that are shipped across the USA. Take the ease out of preparation by letting us shop for all ingredients (cost of groceries not included)We then cook, package, label, and deliver all meals directly to your door (containers included in the cost unless another specified type of container is preferred which will be an additional fee dependent on container cost)

Our lessons can be tailored to your needs and will touch on a basic understanding of the following:
