Hi and welcome! I am so glad that you have found me in your fitness journey, whether it's POLE or YOGA! The hour that we book together is YOURS! It is your time and your space to explore and grow however you feel. I will not only teach you the fundamentals in both POLE or YOGA, but I will also give you the tools to take that same energy into your day.
