Helford Secret Coves

What an amazing adventure. Thank you for the lovely warm friendly welcome. This was my first Kelpie trip and it wont be my last. I loved my two dips and even braved diving off the boat! Wildlife was amazing as was the peace and tranquillity. Thank you Sarah for the encouragement humour and building my confidence. I will be back.

Helford Secret Coves

What a wonderful adventure! We swam at 2 beautiful locations in the Helford Passage, which we accessed via landing craft. Sarah is endlessly encouraging and gracefully holds space for all abilities and confidence levels. I loved every minute!

Adventure swim on the Roseland

Amazing way to spend the morning, with a group of incredibly lovely, funny and welcoming people, well planned out with a walk, 2 great swims catering for all levels, and lunch at the hidden hut - what's not to like! Would highly recommend booking onto a session! Thanks for such a fab day Sarah!????

Love my Kelpie Swims

What Sarah doesn't know about cold water/open water swimming is not worth knowing. She's so knowledgeable and inspiring, shows us new and breathtaking swim spots, and encourages you to push yourself at a pace you're happy with. Everyone is made so welcome and these swims have become the most favourite parts of my week. Book in. You won't regret it.

1st Sea Swim

Went to Carbis Bay with Sarah and the ladies for my first sea swim. I was made to feel so welcome by everyone and Sarah is a brilliant coach and guide, she gave me some great tips and really useful advice. Really enjoyed my swim and would highly recommend Sarah's sessions to anyone wishing to take up cold water swimming ,????

Highly recommend

Sarah is an amazing swim coach, I was new to open water swimming and coming from a pool background Sarah has helped me change my technique & breathing to be able to swim further than I ever expected. Her calm but fun way she delivers sessions is spot on and she is always looking out for us and her priority is our safety whilst in the water.

Carbis bay trip

Thanks again Sarah for a lovely morning a few weekends ago. It worked really well dividing into 2 smaller groups and catered to all abilities. Thanks also for safety reminders which I have used with my cold water swim buddies since. We look forward to another swim out with you next time we visit. Big love to you from Sarah and co xx
