Please bring a yoga mat, two blankets as well as two pillows to experience FULL BLISS ♡ You will lying down, relaxing and healingfor the hour with one of your heavier blankets under you and a cozy blanket over you. Your pillows will be used by placing one under your head and the other under your knees. ♡
