Extreme honest review
I was looking forward to continuing my nursing education and honestly thought Felbry would be a good school to start and complete my associate degree. However, I’m not to sure anymore. Some aspects of it have been very disorganized. There is limited to zero communication from faculty to students regarding certain situations. Not getting our pdf book in time for certain classes until the week of first exam. Faculty/ instructor not being considerate of people time, some grade and attendance not making sense and once you reach out, zero response. There’s been time where you just want to get a basically understanding of something or expressing your need and opinion and some instructors will take that opportunity to raise their voice at you and argue with you. The level of professionalism I expect from these type of school, I have only seen a very few does that. Meaning talking to us with respect and not getting hostile. Being open minded when majority of the students are giving you the same feedback about class and exams. You have people tell you one thing and a second little or last minute tell you another. This is an adult accelerating program and our time she be considered as well. We have family, children, etc. as nurses , good communication is key and our professor and Organization should be the one demonstrating it affectedly. I want to learn, I came to learn. Just like I past the PN NCLEX on my first attempt, I will like the same for my RN. Me passing, I praise my teachers and school. I 100000000000000000000000000% felt like they was the key to my success of passing and of course myself as well. To be successful here, I will need that support from the people who’s supposed to be teaching us. But sometime you’re met with attitude. Having a teacher that don’t communicate and say “hey I won’t be in today because I’m sick”, and we showed up waiting till last minute. But then it expected of us to show up sick no matter what. And this is just one example. Or having to step out in the hallway so I can talk to a baby sitter I had to hire so I can make it to clinical. I had to excuse myself today and step out so I can talk to my son baby sitter. This the first time she ever been with him and my son have special needs. Then I got called out by the head of the school, saying I need to be in the same lab because I could be missing stuff. Although I explained the situation to her and told her I asked before stepping out. Me as a mother and my child was a second thought to her. And that will never sit right with me. As a student I will keep doing the best I can. However at this moment, it’s a 50/50 for me rather I’m staying at Felbry or not.

Personal Experience
Felbry has been a wonderful experience for me. I have worked extremely hard to be here. It has not been easy. However, I am committed, and I appreciate the education I have received as well as the hard pushes from my instructors. What makes me love the school even more is having the opportunity to develop personal/professional relationships between the instructors and myself. Thank you for allowing me to attend and I hope I continue to make you proud and complete the program

General perspective about Felbry College.
Yes! I just finished with my third semester with the school, it has not been easy, It has been so tough, sure this is peculiar to nursing schools but I can boldly say that our lecturers have the interest of the students at heart and are really working hard to get the best out of us. In terms of the facility, not too big but it's cool, neat and conducive for learning. The school made required resources in terms of materials and personnel available for us to enhance learning. I am proud of my school, honestly the lecturers are experienced and diligent. I would like to use this medium to say a very big thank you to all the professors that taught me so far

OVER ALL
I was very impressed with how the faculty rectify situations when approached by their students, they harkened to the voice of their students. One thing that bothered me was , we never had a Liberian since I started school, also some of the professors must be approachable for student to be able to talk to. If I’m paying all this money to obtain knowledge, I should have a professor that I can talk to when I have a question about his or her materials.Yes they are very knowledgeable but must be approachable.

Nur100
I felt that my NUR 100 class should be a class in person so that I could be more direct 1 on 1 with my professor. Being on a zoom call for 4 hours was very difficult for me to keep my attention. I also was super disappointed in the fact my teacher, didn’t show up to her morning lecture which happened to be the one I was in. But did you get night class, this had us very far behind especially for the exam 3 in the class.
