Foscadh Studio is a boutique Pilates and yoga studio located on the Wild Atlantic Way in Bundoran, County Donegal. We specialise in small group Pilates classes, yoga classes, beginner yoga, mat Pilates, and mindful movement in an intimate setting (maximum 9 people). Our Bundoran studio also offers sound baths, wellness workshops, and community events, providing a calm coastal space for fitness, flexibility, strength, relaxation, and holistic wellbeing in Donegal.Gallery
