About the company
U.S. citizens planning international travel may apply for their passports at the library by walk-in or appointment Mondays through Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays 10:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Walk-ins will be accommodated if possible, but appointments are strongly encouraged to ensure that a certified passport acceptance agent is available.
The library will have application forms available for both adult and youth passport applications, as well as renewal applications. On behalf of the U.S. Department of State, we will assist in accepting applications, collecting fees and mailing forms to the appropriate agency. The library does not offer passport photos at this time, so applicants should come with photos that meet passport photo requirements.
For application forms, information on documentation required, photo requirements, fees, and a wealth of other passport and travel information, visit the only official U.S. website for passport information: travel.state.gov.
*Applicants looking to renew their passport do not need to visit a Passport Acceptance Facility - please follow the directions to complete application and mail, found on the and Form DS-82
For more information or to schedule a passport visit, please call the library at (978) 440-5520 or email reference@sudbury.ma.us.
