I would say that Grace has the pointe shoe fitting business down to a science. I can tell she has been in this business for a while in the way she leads the customer along so effortlessly. While working with my daughter, she was very calm and patient. She let my daughter try on various pointe shoes in order to find the ones that fit her perfectly! Along the way, she asked her a series of questions to find out how good or not so good a pair of pointe shoes felt to her. Because of her easy-going style of talking, she put my daughter at ease. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking to get a first fitting for pointe shoes.

I cannot say enough good things about Grace. This was my daughter's first fitting and Grace took her time and made sure every question was answered and that we walked out of there with the perfect shoes. Highly recommend and we will be back when we need more pointe shoes!

Worth the drive!!

We came from out of state for a family visit and found Grace highly recommended. We came as a refit, Grace allowed extra time as we were looking for fresh eyes on my daughters feet and Grace tried several pairs and listened to my daughters feedback on what she liked and didn’t like. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Grace and Pointe as a place to get pointe shoes and other dance accessories. If you are near Charlotte definitely check this place out.

Grace is amazing!! Her team is so kind and sweet. They all made my first pair of pointe shoes fitting so memorable and special. I literally teared up, cried, and was so speechless from all the feel good emotions. Grace is so knowledgeable and I learned so much from her. I loved that she looked at my body and dancing before putting on shoes. I also love that she purposefully put me in shoes that were not right for me so I could feel what was right versus what was wrong for my feet and ankles. Her questions were specific and that really helped me know what to look for and feel when trying on a pair of shoes. I learned so much about what I like in a pointe shoe, what works for my body right now, and I haven’t even danced in them yet! I cannot imagine going anywhere else for pointe shoes and I will for sure be a repeat customer. Thank you Grace & Pointe for helping make my dreams come true and giving me such a wonderful experience that I will cherish my whole life!!

My daughter is 11yo and starting pre-pointe. I looked up Grace & Pointe for her first appt form pre-pointe shoes and the experience was amazing!! My daughter was so nervous going into the fitting and came out saying…We will definitely come back here! I would say that was a success! Very knowledgeable and efficient women. The studio is clean and well stocked. Thank you Grace and team for making this very first fitting experience a lasting one.

Absolutely amazing!!

This was our 2nd visit to Grace to get my daughter new pointe shoes. Her recent set (from G & P!) was the best fit she ever had and I attribute that to Grace's experience, intuitiveness, and patience! My daughter's previous experiences with fittings and refittings at other businesses never seemed to end with a pair of shoes that would fit well or work well in class. We've never had that issue at G & P! Grace is extremely patience, knowledgeable, and GREAT to work with. I compared her to Olivander's wand shop - she was so great at finding the shoes that would work best for my daughter!! She was so gracious when we called to say we would be late due to Friday traffic (add additional time if you're coming from out of town!) and we were even able to stay to pick up some new leotards. I would give G & P 10 stars, 2 thumbs up, and my highest recommendation!

Excellent Experience!

Our first time visiting this dance shop and was immediately impressed! The location is quaint and intimate but most importantly Grace is extremely knowledgeable with pointe shoes. My daughter was very comfortable with her and trusted her recommendations and advice. Would highly recommend for pointe shoe fittings/refittings!
