Welcome to Heal With Mariam! I'm so excited to meet and work with you. My name is Mariam, your Ayurvedic nutritionist and yoga teacher. I've completed over 490 hours learning and getting certified in yoga and Ayurvedic nutrition. I'm also currently completing more certifications in somatic healing and mindfulness coaching.My Ayurvedic nutrition consultations are not about the calories - it's about rebuilding our relationship with food, through ancient Indian wisdom. In our consultation session, we focus mainly on Ayurvedic nutrition education and practice, but that's not all!
