About the company
NBAS NAIL POLICYThank you for your interest in booking with NBAS, please read the nail policies and FAQ before bookingAs this is not my full-time occupation my days and times are limited however, I will try my absolute best to accommodate. POLICY- For any add ons please select "read more"- If you cannot book a slot it’s because I am fully booked for that month/day/time.- Strictly NO plus ones or children- Groups of 2 and more are mobile appointments only, please DM me if you would like any group appointments this includes weddings and events.- £10 non-refundable deposit is required when booking, once the appointment is booked - I will send you my account details for you to secure your appointment - failure to do this will risk your appointment being lost, the rest is to be paid by Cash or Bank transfer (which is preferred)- I am mobile for the London area at an extra cost depending on where you live, check Add ons to see how much it will be for your area- I only accept mobile appointments with free parking/visitors permit - if you are unable to provide either your booking will be canceled and rescheduledLATENESS- A 10 minute grace period is allowed, if you are more than 15 minutes late a £5 late fee is required. 20 minutes is a cancellation as it will affect other appointments on the day, cancellation due to lateness will cause you to lose your deposit.THE EXTRAS- Any extremely damaged or short nails including feet will result in cancellation so please send me photos/videos if you feel this applies to you- I do not infill other nail tech work- NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOOK WITH NBAS AGAINOur team
