Session 1 Identify your Strengths and Weaknesses –
Identify your strengths by understanding what puts you in "the zone" in your career (and personal life). Through interactive exercises, you'll discover the consistent themes in your professional personality to discover what you have to bring to your career path. This approach will boost your confidence to focus on your qualities in the present moment. I will be able to support you in identifying the strengths that you have right now.
Session 2 Equipping yourself with the digital skills for the future.
Discover your career potential by identifying areas where you want to grow. You'll explore what you're craving, what you dream about for the next stage in your career journey, and the person you want to grow into in the future. This discovery will give you direction for where you want to be in your future career. You'll stretch your imagination through exercises and activities that help you envision your future career.
Session 3: Identifying your career paths and choosing your Job roles
Research, brainstorm, and learn about different Tech career paths and job titles to identify the best career direction to match your personality. Explore everything from your wildest dream career to your most practical and safe ideas - and then start to prioritize what makes sense for the next step in the direction of your job.
Session 4: Choosing your career path
Decide on your career path and map out how to get there. You will be able to figure out the following steps to move forward so you can start the momentum. Get support for navigating through future challenges. Find out what is missing in your current career so you can gather the skills and experience needed for your future job. Learn about creating a career path that makes sense for your current situation and how you want to grow in the future.
