Angela is a highly experienced Learning and Development professional, specialising in coaching others to achieve their goals and desires. Working at all levels, in a range of environments including NHS, CCG’s, Higher Education, Manufacturing, Service and Local Government, Angela’s supportive and non-judgemental approach creates a positive environment to facilitate change.
The distinguishable strength is the passion and challenge Angela brings to the coaching arena. She has a particular ability to quickly help clients identify values, create clear objectives and overcome barriers in order to achieve success, happiness and harmony.

I have 25 years’ experience in training, coaching and development generally, and I have two firmly held beliefs about learning.
1, learning is living, it never stops, if we stop learning we stop growing, so my approach is to embrace the learning and specifically look at what we can do to learn and improve our current situations.
2, share the wisdom, strong communities are built on shared wisdom, when we feel supported by a network as we learn we can then experience the benefits of the wisdom around us, so my job is to ensure that learners feel supported as they learn, and feel able to listen to the wisdom of others and share their own wisdom too I have worked at all levels and in a wide variety of organisations from high end fashion to lift manufacturers and NHS and local government through to premiership football clubs.
My style is pragmatic and focussed on personal outcomes, at the end of sessions clients say they feel energised about what they want to achieve and have a clear plan that feels challenging yet within reach.
I will challenge you to think about what is possible and will support you to work out how you can achieve it by approaching obstacles head on and facing them down.

Sharon is a successful business woman with over 30 years of experience. Before establishing herself as a People Development expert Sharon worked with large corporate organisations. Her roles included training and development as well change management and career coaching. Sharon is an accredited coach as well as a certified master practitioner in Neuro linguistic programming.
Sharon offers life coaching and confidence building as well as business focussed coaching. Sharon’s approach is warm, friendly and she has the ability to listen well. She is open, honest and passionate about helping individuals on their personal journeys.

After a successful career in the Public Sector, I moved into the training, coaching and development field with a major international training and consultancy organisation.
Following this I established my own business and became a leader in the field of personal and team development with a particular focus on Senior Leadership, Management Skills and coaching and support of individuals.
The ethos that underpins all of my work with individuals and teams is: Motivational support and accountability. Tips and techniques for real world application. Empathy and understanding. Challenge to conventional thinking. Enthusiastic, engaging and relaxed style. All people are capable of much more than they believe – its just a case of tapping into the unused potential that they have. I am able to do this in a way which enthuses you and also puts you at ease so that you can begin to develop the possibilities within yourself.
Over the years this has enabled me to forge successful partnerships with manufacturing, schools, hospitality, healthcare organisations, and a number of major blue chip companies across the UK and Europe
