This centre is accessible for 'COVID BOOSTER' DOSES ONLY - If you have not completed an initial Covid Vaccination Course or require something other than a Covid VaccinationBooster /Flu Vaccination, please contact your GP in the first instance.Staff members of AGE 18+ onlyIf you answer YES to any of the QUESTION ON THE BOOKING FORM, then you MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR VACCINATION AT THIS CENTRE. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU ANSWER YES TO ANY OF THE BOOKING FORM QUESTIONS, INSTEAD, CONTACT YOUR GP FOR ADVICE. BE AWARE THAT CONTINUING WITH A BOOKING AT THAT STAGE MAY RESULT IN YOU NOT BEING APPLICABLE ON THE DAY AND BEING TURNED AWAY.

You are pregnant. Please refer to this link for further information as you may still be eligible to book: https://www.rcog.org.uk/en/news/updated-advice-on-covid-19-vaccination-in-pregnancy-and-women-who-are-breastfeeding You are suffering from an acute or febrile illness (the presence of a minor infection is not a contraindication for vaccination) You have not received a full original COVID Vaccination Course There is less than 3 months (91 Days) since your final COVID Vaccination Course or previous COVID-19 Booster - if you have an issue booking, and you feel your qualify within this area, please consult your GP to confirm this detail is on your record - if it isn't, please contact the centre where you had your vaccinations You have a history of immediate-onset anaphylaxis to this vaccine, multiple classes of drugs or unexplained anaphylaxis-You should speak to an allergy specialist for further advice You have symptoms of COVID-19 or have had you’re a COVID1- infection within the last 28 days (booking for after 28 days is fine)If you have a bleeding disorder or are currently taking anti coagulation medication (Warfarin, low molecular heparin injections and DOACS such as rivaroxaban, apixaban and dabigatran), please still book your appointment, but please ring 01204 487551 and your details will be taken so that a medical advisor can contact you as this may affect how the injection is given. Aspirin and clopidogrel are not regarded as anticoagulants for this vaccination and there is no need to declare these.

If you are immunosuppressed: e.g. undergoing chemotherapy, without a spleen, HIV infection, being treated with or likely to be treated with systemic steroids for more than a month at a dose equivalent to prednisolone at 20mg, or any other disease or treatment which may suppress your immune system - You are considered at high risk of infection and should receive the vaccine, however be aware that you may not develop full protection.
If you have any other medical disorder, there is no known contra-indication to the vaccine but you may wish to speak to your specialist or GP first if you are unsure
