Awesome experience
Been for a few social sauna but this time we booked the full hour. Amazing as per usual and Sander and Barry are both gentlemen and can't help enough. Highly recommend even if it's a once off. You will get hooked. Amazing experience from start to finish and the customer service is like no other.

Fantastic experience
I can highly recommend Sauna and Sea. Both for the service provided and for the Health benefits. Sander was there to take care of e5verything. Sauna was at the optimal temperature throughout. 5 ⭐

Fabulous experience
Loved our time at Sauna and Sea. We booked an hour session and managed 4 sea dips. Great to have the changing tent and the sauna was spotless. The beautiful weather and location was perfect.

Perfection!
I had a friend visiting and we booked in for the Sunday morning social slot at 9am - we totally lucked out with the weather and ended up having the sauna to ourselves! Even though, it still would’ve been amazing - we managed 4 rounds of sauna and dipping, followed by a shower, within the hour and it totally set us up for the day. Can’t wait to get back in! Thank you ????????

Best Experience Ever!
Wow, what an incredible experience. Professional, clean and super impressive all round. We hired it as a group of 10. Tent for belongings at the back, showers and water provided. Amazing 5???????????????????? experience all round. Will definitely use again!

Refreshing
First experience of a ‘wild sauna’ and it was fantastic. Great team, great experience, with great company, in a great location. The cold water dip in November was certainly a dopamine fuelled experience. Would highly recommend.
