A Sauna Ritual is a multi-sensory sauna experience that lasts approximately 2 hours. Nick will guide you through 4 rounds in and out of the sauna, using the elements as inspiration. Based on Lithuanian Pirtis techniques, there will be whisking, salt infusions and handmade body scrubs, foraged in and around Cornwall.
Whisks are small bundles of leaves, made from Birch or Oak, and other tree species. They are an integral part of sauna. When used on the body, they will release nutrients into the skin, help blood-flow, and have mood boosting properties.
Each ritual is guided intuitively and led by the heart, reflecting the needs and energy of the group participants. A hot and cold therapy session that will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and reconnected to yourself, to others, and to Nature.

Sam & Molly are a husband and wife duo, offering Sauna Ceremonies, including breathwork, sound, & elements of nature
Sauna rituals are a 2 hour multi sensory experience, using traditional leaf whisks, body scrubs, medicinal herbs (all foraged by ourselves) and therapeutic oils.
We begin with breathwork to ground, relax and open the respiratory system, incorporating healing sound and the scents of sage and paolo santo.
Continuing to immerse yourself in the contrast of heat & cold with multiple 15 minute rounds in and out of the sauna, we bring nature into the space by using the leaf whisks to direct the steam and massage the body to release physical and mental tension.
Sauna whisks are used by tapping and brushing the skin to increase circulation and enrich the skin with the natural oils and vitamins released from the leaves of the whisks.
These invigorating sauna ceremonies are based on ancient bathing practices from Lithuania, Estonia & Latvia. They allow you to let go of stress, and come into yourself; connect to nature on a deeper level and recieve the healing benefits of sauna.
