Smile Within Yoga located in the beautiful Mooloolah Valley was created by Selina Stewart eight years ago, not only to teach the yogic practices but to provide a space where individuals can experience the power of community and share life experiences. Selina’s teaching style and the studio space is warm and welcoming and has a true feeling of inclusiveness.
