Seamless booking but hire racquets need updating
The booking process was great, very quick and easy. However, the racquets we hired were falling apart and there was a dead bird with feathers all over one side of the net.

Padel
We play regularly at Els Padel. Living in VH, it is very convenient for us. However, the courts ate now getting older. Can we please carry out maintenance of the surface? There are patches of poor bounce.

VERY NICE AND CALM
First time visiting the ELS CLUB for padel courts. The problem is that the ball sometimes goes off the court and it reaches some gate and goes off behind the gate that we couldn't get it back but all overall, we like it in the nice amazing weather now.

Booking Issue
Unfortunately we have found another group having same booking for same court for same time. They did not even have the courtesy to check and thanks to the ELS team we could take the court 2 luckily it was empty. Please ensure bookings are made properly in future.

Booking reschedule
It would be useful if, when trying to reschedule a booking, it was possible to book court 1 or court 2 rather than only the court that was originally booked
