Doesn't return deposit
We did get the Jet Skis and no issues there, but when we returned them they went MIA on returning the deposit. Unresponsive to messages and avoiding calls, it takes less than 2 minutes to return the deposit but it has been nearly a month.

Family fun day
Big thanks to the entire crew at Texas Waves! Last minute idea to do some jet skiing at Grapevine, without hesitation the team embraced our request and requirements and made the day so simple for us! Met at the launch on time, got on the water, skis worked flawlessly all day, called for a pickup when we were done and they met us at the ramp shortly after. Great communication and outstanding customer service. If you need to rent a jetski/wave runner, I highly recommend Texas Waves!
