Someone that cares
Me -how to take vitamins accordingly, substituting toxic items for healthier chooses, eating healthier, better understanding of hidden toxic stuff that surrounds us -we usually have open communication. I know Evan through dodgeball for years but I feel like we started talking about health maybe over a year now. -Comparing myself to men my age, I feel like I’m in pretty good shape. Even through I don’t go to the gym and I don’t eat clean. I feel like the vitamins has kept me balanced. -Evan has definitely open my eyes to my surroundings. I’m now more aware of what I’m eating and how I’m living. Although it’s very challenging to maintain a strict lifestyle I feel more confident that I can pass this knowledge over to my son. Even at 8 years old, my son is smart with his choices. MOM -My mom had 2 strokes during the Covid year. I didn’t think she would make it. She wasn’t eating so she wasn’t getting any nutrients. Therefore during her rehab sessions, she didn’t have much energy. After getting to know Evan, I felt comfortable to introduce them. He made adjustments and recommendations. Now rehab has seen a positive improvement physically, her emotions seems to be more controlled, and her appetite to eat has increased.

Life changer!
I started working with Evan 3 years ago when he noticed that having to go to the ER to get pain relief injections for chronic backache and fainting spells along with meds for Depression,anxiety and PTSD doesn't really look like a great lifestyle for me. He took his time to analyze my issues, worked with me to keep me accountable and using the right protein intake ,supplementation and phasing out harmful foods all the while keeping in mind my food preferences, and here we are after 3 years of perseverance and I do not need to take any medicines, am extremely healthy, haven't had any health issues and my skin is glowing.Being out of a job the last year due to tech-layoffs, I was worried that not having health insurance could mean really high debts for me but I couldn't be happier because it was all prevented by the amazing coach that Evan is. Frankly I started as a friend with absolute distrust in Functional medicine and now I'm a believer and Evan did it with patience,tenacity and lots of kindness. On top of all this goodness, Evan even helped my dog Benjamin. He does not work with animals frequently but when my pup was diagnosed with soft tissue sarcoma(grade 2) at the age of 17 years, I was not left with many options and was given a 2-3 months with my fur baby. But Evan helped create a supplement protocol with monitored diet and exercise for my Ben and he lived for 1.5 years more and cancer-free. The last scan ,before my pup passed of natural causes, showed that he was cancer free. For anyone curious about this - I have the receipts to show for it. Started as friends and forever my coach! Thanks Evan. You changed my and my baby's life!
