Nanoblading is a form of a brow tattooing that implements a handheld tattoo machine tool and one very fine needle (as opposed to microblading, which uses a hand-tool) to semi-permanently lay pigment under the skin, approximating the look of actual eyebrow hair. Once the hair strokes are created, then brows will be microshaded (a needle is used to shade over the brow area) to get a fuller, final look. If you have acne or naturally oily skin, this is a more effective technique to create a natural brow look. This technique lasts 2-3 years, longer than traditional microblading which can last up to 18 months. A touchup within 8 weeks is necessary.
