Well, everything was well n nice! The interviewer was great and very exact to her question. I enjoyed the conversation; she was very cooperative and well behaved. I hope it will be fun out there during the event.

YIC selection process.

The interview was conducted on time and was short and to the point. The interviewer briefed about the proceeding of the event as well and was very easy-going. Hoping to have a great experience at the event.

HONEST REVIEW FOR YIC SELECTION PROCESS STILL DON'T KNOW ABOUT EVENT LATER. HOPING FOR GOOD.

Interview was not conducted on time. I had to literally beg for setting up interview time. Iam responsible citizen who respects my time and others time. And as mentioned by YIC in mail it should also respect time of candidates they are selecting. Moreover exact information regarding scholarship was not given to me on call specifically about proofs that I need to mention regarding Social impact work and was told that it will be mentioned in mail later. Mail I received later also had this information completely missing. Moreover WhatsApp communication channel was very very weak and I had to wait for very long time to get replies and most of time even seen messages were not replied to and I had ping again and again. This shows lack of interest of event organisers and I felt mistrust regarding YIC conduct. I know it is non profit event but please do improve upon communications with help and please do respect time of candidates as well because I respect time above everything else in my life. I exactly followed instructions given by YIC on mail where YIC themselves lacked to follow them. Giving strict guidelines of cancellation of candidates if not followed by candidates if YIC themselves lacks in it it creates huge mistrust in candidates applying for it. Moreover I did not receive any reply to doubt mail sent by me. Please please work on communications.
