Relaxing, healthy experience
My sister gave my husband and me gift cards for Awake Spa for Christmas. He and I did the Ionic Foot Bath together and we're amazed at the results. Since then I've experienced the Light Therapy Facial, the full body scan, the Salt Cave, and more foot detox sessions. I have yet to try everything available but hope to do so soon. Every visit has been pleasant and professional. The space is calming and inviting. Online booking is easy. I highly recommend the Awake Spa to you.

If you need a break, Awake Spa in Chambersburg is the place to be! From the moment you step inside, you’re wrapped in a sense of calm and relaxation. The staff is absolutely amazing—so friendly, professional, and dedicated to making your experience perfect. The salt cave is a must-try! It’s incredibly peaceful and leaves you feeling refreshed and renewed. I also loved the compression massage—it was so soothing and really helped relieve tension. Whether you’re treating yourself to some much-needed self-care or looking for the perfect gift, Awake Spa has you covered. I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!

I learned about Awake Spa when my massage therapist started working there. Steph Hawley is the best when it comes to bodywork. Awake Spa is a really cool location for her. They offer so many healthy practices. Oxygen bar, ionic foot baths, infrared sauna, the list goes on. My favorite is yoga in the salt cave. What a great way to reboot my body. Thanks to Tiffany for bringing such a great spot to Chambersburg.

Awakening at Awake
I did my first salt cave yoga with Kathryn yesterday and it was wonderful!! I am a beginner and Kathryn was perfect!! Helping me to be successful and creating a safe, kind, nurturing and positive space! I felt great and a day later I still do!! I love Awake, Tiffany and Kathryn, I appreciate what they do for us!! Everything at Awake is a positive, uplifting experience and I recommend trying anything and everything!! Thank you????

I discovered Awake Spa when my massage therapist, Steph started working here! I’ve been getting monthly massages from her for years and she is amazing!! I am so grateful that she chose this place because I have experienced so much needed self care with the these sessions… I haven’t tried everything yet but these are a few that I’ve really enjoyed so far….Yoga in the Salt Cave, BrainTap therapy, Ion Foot Detox, Vibration Plate, Red Light Therapy and the Aromatherapy Oxygen Bar. Tiffany (the owner) has been so helpful and very knowledgeable!! If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy some amazing self care with the best atmosphere, this is the place to go…. Trust me, you will leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
