First timer and absolutely loved it! Already booked my next session. Sam and Jack are funny and friendly with a well organized workout sessions. Everyone can work at there own pace Always feeling motivated by them. Well done guys! See you next week!

First session 19/03/2018. A lot more intensive than had anticipated. Am a runner, running 20 miles per week and whilst recovered quickly the exercises were quite alien and very hard work. I think the warm down is key, as I know with running, that this impacts a lot on how I feel the next day. I think that was possibly lacking. Both Dan and I have been in bits but today Dan managed a 45min swim and I did a short 2 mile run, running however, a bit like a wobbly legged puppet! Enjoyed it immensely and will return next week but will make sure I don't feel I need to keep up as i enjoy running and this should be an additional fitness class and not be so tough that I can't run! I'm no quitter but at 50 need to manage myself better next week! Maybe need to remind the class that a bit more! Onwards and upwards!!!

MONDAY FITCAMP
I ached like hell after but no pain no gain right?! Well structured workout/circuit with lots of different fitness moves. That's why I ached all over because it works every part of your body! Thanks guys. Nice to meet everyone else attending too. Great vibes x

Monday Bootcamp
I found this class well structured with good teachers who were very experienced. Only thing I would prefer is if the breaks between exercises were shorter e.g 15-20 seconds between exercises and 30 seconds when moving stations. Thanks

Brentwood buggy bootcamp
Love love love this boot camp! Carolina is brilliant, and I have got so much more fit and healthy doing her classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings! I still moan loads, but I love it ! I recommend this to everyone I talk to.

Great class on Monday, probably on e of the best - I am still learning all the excersises and new to all this wellbeing. The last three excersises at the end were excellent, and my aim is to do them every day in April to see if I can build my abs. Really enjoying the shakes with my weetabix in the morning now too. Thanks guys
