My name is Cole Hansen. I am the creator of United Performance Fitness. I am a strength and conditioning specialist and certified Nutrition Coach. I have had the chance to work with individuals from all over the world. My goal is to help you in any way I can to reach your goals. Through out our coaching I am to help you move better, understand the fundamentals of stress and rest, the reason behind each exercise, and to embrace movement corrects, mobility, and rest. By the time our training concludes I want you to have surpassed your goals and have learned how to maintain them in the process.
