Applying these techniques and incorporating them into your own branded Visual Merchandising Manual and guidelines. Research shows that by creating bespoke VM guidelines within a manual format can help to achieve effective and consistent presentation standards across retail sites and stores.

Learn how to create and structure a manual document which contains easy to implement visual examples, giving the user an overview of the key VM principles and how these can then be successfully implemented across the shop floor. Create a learning document where VM techniques are clearly explained within the visuals to ensure effective implementation, even for staff members who are not professionally trained in Visual Merchandising. We will focus upon creating a easy to implement set of planograms which will be put together on a PowerPoint document.

Our Visual Merchandising Retail Safari comprises of a full day in London, UK visiting the best of Retail in our capital, with a strong focus upon window displays, in store visual merchandising and London’s Pop Up shops.

During our store visits I will also be presenting the effective Visual Merchandising and Display principles and how these are used commercially within our industry.

 London Retail Safari tours typically run for a duration of 6 hours.

Our day starts at Kings Cross Station at 10am , where will visit the stores and retail concepts in Granary Square and Coals Drop Yard.

Then travelling onto Knightsbridge to visit Harrods and Harvey Nichols.

In the afternoon we will visit Selfridges to see their famous Corner Shop, Pop Up concept. Next take a walk through Bond Street to look at the luxury retailers.

Finishing off our tour on Regent Street where we will visit Liberty’s , Gym Shark and the newly launched On Running store.
