Not good
I was supposed to have a one-on-one tutoring lesson for Math. When I made the booking I didn't get any contact information for the person who was supposed to tutor me. The only time available for the day of my appointment was at 4:00 so I took it. The day of my appointment my last class ended at 12:50 and I waited until 4:00 for the tutoring lesson. I waited three hours for my tutor not to show up. It was my first time having a tutoring lesson and it was bad. In the end, someone offered their help even though they weren't my tutor, but couldn't stay long because they had other students to help. If you are providing one-on-one tutoring service, at least provide the person's contact information or have them let us know if they won't be able to show up so that we don't waste our time waiting for them.

Preparing for exams are tough but being able to book tutors for one on one help is very helpful and informative. Especially when they end up teaching you an easier way to think about things or a trick to solving the problem easier

First time use of tutoring center.
I was surprised at how many students and tutors were at the room. It seemed to me like if I needed help I could just stop by whenever during their hours. I will come again to seek help. Recommended!
