This is the Appointment Booking Page for the experiment (The effect of noise on DDM - study II) conducted by UNSW Aviation. The research laboratory is located in the Aviation Office, on level 2 of the Old Main Building, UNSW Kensington Campus. 

Please notice that :

The experiment takes three consecutive days (eg. Day 1, Day 2, Day 3). You should choose the date on the scheduling page for Day 1. There are two periods of day available for you to book: morning session and afternoon session. The three consecutive-day sessions need to start at the same period of day (either morning session or afternoon session).  

Duration of Day 1 is around 3 hours. Day 2 and Day 3 takes around 1 hour each. 

To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our scheduled meeting, please refer to the following guidelines:

Telephone Appointments: You are required to call Dr. Verace at the designated time of your appointment. It is crucial to initiate the call promptly to maximize the time allocated for our discussion.

Zoom Meetings: If you prefer a Zoom meeting, kindly request a Zoom link by emailing Dr. Verace at dverace@nu.edu immediately after booking your appointment. Please ensure to click the provided Zoom link at the exact date and time of your scheduled meeting.

Confirmation of Booking and Time Zone: You should automatically receive a confirmation email from the booking system confirming your scheduled a slot in your selected time zone. However, it is highly recommended to send a confirmation email to Dr. Verace. This ensures that your appointment is correctly matched with your time zone, preventing any missed meetings due to time zone discrepancies.

Preparation: Be ready to discuss the items outlined for the meeting right from the start. This preparation allows for a focused and productive session.

Attendance Policy: If a call is not received or if you are not present in the Zoom session within the first 10 minutes of the appointment time, the meeting will unfortunately have to be rescheduled. This policy helps in managing the schedule effectively while ensuring fairness to all students.

Advising for School of Music majors, for all students interested in courses or programs in the School of Music, and for faculty and staff of the School of Music and the Carnegie Mellon University community. The calendar is divided into 15 minute appointments. If a 30 minute appointment is required, please book 2 consecutive time slots. You can use this system to schedule an appointment or to check if I am available. The system will not provide you an option to schedule an appointment when I am already booked, in a meeting, or out of the office.
