Welcome to the student scheduling system for Daimon Veráce, PhD! Before you book, you will want to review the time zone configuration to ensure the time reflects your time zone. When you click "Book Now," scroll to the bottom of the page and in the right-hand corner you will see "our time" and "your time." The "your time" needs to be accurate to your time zone. If it is not, then click the clock symbol and select your time zone. Then, look at the calendar date and times that work for your schedule and select the time slot that works for you. Please select only one slot at a time during a given week - avoid taking multiple times on multiple days during a given week. However, if you've made made arrangements with Dr. Veráce, such as extra time to review dissertation developments, then you can disregard. Having more than one slot is not uncommon and if you believe more time might be needed (such as for reviewing feedback in 2-3 slots), then simply touch base with Dr. Veráce and he can support what is needed.Once you book, you are encouraged to email Dr. Veráce to confirm the booking time, even if you think your time zone has been selected. Otherwise, you run the risk of the appointment not getting matched to your time zone and miss your desired time (it will default to AZ time). As well, if you would like to have a Zoom session for the slot, then also include this request in your confirmation email to Dr. Veráce. This will initiate a Zoom-meeting link to be sent to you. You will also receive a confirmation email from the system for the number to call on the date and time you selected (even if Zoom is being used, you will receive this). You have 20 minutes, so good to be sure you are prepared to go over the important information before the call (or Zoom session) begins to ensure time is used effectively in review with Dr. Veráce. If not able to call or attend the Zoom session by halfway into the appointment time, the meeting will need to be rescheduled.
